Father: Booker Clarence{aka Books due to being seemingly knowledgeable about everything}, human, deceased, married to Meldiriel (Mehl-dear-ee-ell) aka Dakota an elf. He was a member of the resistance. He believed that if the people had a say in the government choices the crime rate would go down. He dedicated his life to the resistance while still trying his best to maintain his job as a blacksmith. There was a large punishment penalty if they were caught, punishable by death. So he hid his other life from his daughter Hayden, not wanting her to get involved should he were caught. He did however still want her to be able to survive on her own should anything happen to him and his wife, so he taught her the art of swordplay, as well as some other survival tactics.
Mother: Meldiriel, Elf, deceased, married to Booker Clarence, a human and had one daughter with him. Meldiriel was raised in Falkirke a calm and peaceful land. She moved to Kingstale to prove to her people and family that there are places that need help and that they can do something about it. There she met Booker, and fell not only for his his brains but also for his moral code. She later found out that he was part of the resistance and instantly wanted to be a part of it. She understood what was at stake and was willing to risk it. Only, things became more complicated once Hayden was born. Both her and Booker did not want to subject their daughter to the danger, but they were in too deep to simply just back out from the resistance. However each of them waned to make sure that Hayden could protect herself if needed. So as her father taught Hayden swordplay, her mother taught her archery, and Hayden seemed to be a natural at it. They both were caught and killed along with the other members of the resistance when Hayden was 14.
Land of Residency: Birth home was Kingstale, but tends to move from place to place now, not staying in one area for too long

Hayden's childhood was strange. Her parents were continuously away, even more so as she got older. There was always someone around to take care of her{Later she would realize that they were other members of the resistance} One day when Hayden was 14 her parents were going out again. Though something seemed different. They seemed more tense, more worried. Her mother then called to her, and gave her her elvish necklace, 'This will help keep you safe, and if you ever feel alone or scared, just know that the elves, our people, that you also carry their hearts and spirits with you as well as mine and your father's.' She didnt understand, but she would soon. Later the next day a huge crowd was gathered in the square. There was a group of people that had ropes around their necks. There was a public official next to them. 'These members of the terrorist group to over throw the are to be executed. These members have refused to say who their leader is and are there fore their punishment is death. To anyone who might be involved with this group in anyway, they will be punished. And unless someone tells us where the leaders are, your homes and lives will be searched, anyone caught supporting them in any way, will suffer the punishment of death.' Hayden went home to tell her parents. It was here that they told her everything. 'The resistance,' her father started calmly as he sat down at the table, with his sword by his side like a loyal pet, 'is because the people of this town deserve to make choices about the changes that happen in this hell hole. They need to have some security that the money they make will be going to feed their families rather than entertaining the king. If the people had more of a say in matters than Im sure that they would thrive more peacefully, and sustainable. The age of ignorance of the right to knowledge is over. Its time we became more involved with what happens here.' When she asked why they didn't tell her, they told her it was because they knew she would have wanted to join as well and they didnt want to subject her to the danger. That night one of the King's men, banged on their door. Telling Hayden to hide, they then opened the door. Realizing only too late that that was a mistake. The guard made the accusations, then raised his sword first at Booker. Hayden's mother stepped in. Though they both put up a good fight they were both killed. The guard then picks up their bodies and walks out of the house, leaving behind the frightened girl, and a cold silence in the air. Hayden finally let out a sob once she was sure that it was safe. She knew that she couldn't stay. She knew that if they found her and knew who she was they would have her killed as well. The fight had just begun. She picked up her mother's bow and arrows as well as her father's sword, as well as some other belongings and left her home far behind her.
She now wanders the land as a Ranger, taking refuge from time to time on the island where her mother was born, and taking up the English form of her mother's name, Dakota, though she continuously changes it, she uses that one the most. As to where she is now? She is nowhere, yet every where.
